visitor's visas

We assist you with legal advice on the requirements for, and preparation of a visitor's visa application. This includes a normal tourist visa, a 90 day "short term work" visa as well as those for people in the film and modelling industry.

study visas

We assist with the preparation and submission of study visas - for children attending South African primary or High School, or for tertiary education.

Note: a person on a study visa, studying a tertiary qualification is allowed to work for 20 hours per week.

spousal visas

We advise and assist with applications to change you from a tourist visa (or other visa) to a spousal visa with or without an endorsement to allow work, business or study.

business visas

If you intend to invest in or start a business in South Africa, and have the required R5m to invest, we are able to assist with your business visa application.

relative visas

If you are the sibling, parent or child of a South African citizen or Permanent resident, we can help you prepare your application for a 2 year relatives visa.

(Please note that siblings are not able to apply for Permanent residence based on their sibling)

work visas

If you have a job offer in South Africa, hold a Critical Skill or are being transferred from your company to South African office or subsidiary, we are able to assist you with the appropriate work visa.

retired person's visa

If you are able to show that you are entitled to a pension, irrevocable annuity or retirement savings account that realises R37 000.00 per month, we can assist you to prepare your Retirement Visa.

(Yes, the requirement for permanent residence is the same!)

permanent residence

All of the above categories, with some exceptions, would lead you to eligibility for Permanent Residence in South Africa.

If you have waited more than 10 weeks for a Temporary Residence visa or more than 8 months for a Permanent Residence Permit, we are able to obtain a court order to force the Department of Home Affairs to speed up your application.
